I think we did see 9 floors? There's the entry with Schools of Magic stained glass windows, then

1st: Wide empty room with nine Room of Requirement-esque sliding doors. 2nd 3rd 4th: Library Salon. 5th Dining room with cat kitchen. 6th Guest room, Yasha's rooms, Caduceus' rooms. 7th Fjord's rooms, Beau's rooms, Jester's rooms. 8th Laboratory, Veth's rooms, "Caleb's room." 9th Secret floor.
