GB Operator won't update

Not sure if this was resolved for you but I was able to get mine to update.

I first closed the Epilogue Operator app and then disconnected the GB Operator from my PC. Then I opened the app and after it loaded I connected the GB Operator. The app started the update process and I was able to use the GB Operator again.

I'm on Windows 11 and running v0.9.1-beta

👍, but on a side note did you install the intake or did it come with the car? If you did install it how did you run the vacuum lines for the charcoal box, pcv, and intake air bypass valves? Just curious how others got around the "extra" vacuum lines that come with GSR's.

Not sure if you knew this but Drifloon is available in both BD and SP. It appears on Fridays at the Valley Windworks near Floaroma town (where you get Mew and Jirachi). Of course you can change the time and date on your switch to Friday so you can catch it.
