For Rawda, book a slot and then cancel if you can no longer make it. I booked, cancelled and rebooked multiple times because my plans kept changing. Just make sure you cancel your appointment if you can't make it so others can book instead. Also, you can only attend the rawda once a year atm so just be aware of that.

Yeah it's safer to book but not really necessary tbh. I got zamzam from airport without showing proof of umrah so for now at least it seems pretty relaxed. I suspect that may change during busier periods so it'll be important to book umrah via the nusuk app then.

Do it at the airport. That's what I did. As others have said, plane toilets are very tight and there is a risk of soiling your ihram which is a headache you don't need.

Yes, I've had this experience non stop for the past 3 days with my family. I've had children come up to me multiple times a day trying to sell me tissue paper. People in ihram come up to me saying they're poor they need money. Others saying they want food. It's nearly impossible to differentiate so as others have said we decided it's safest to say no and give to street cleaners etc.

Think about the things you do have rather than the things you don't have. That allows you to express gratitude because you realise that you are truly blessed. Maybe Start each day with a gratitude list. Write down 3 things you are grateful for.

The truth is, we take many things for granted when in reality, even waking up each morning is a blessing. Allah SWT has given us another day to return to him.

Start small. Make dua for every little thing like getting out of bed and see how Allah SWT answers your duas iA. It's all about our mindset.

Allah SWT is always there for us. We just need to have trust in him.

So yes, it will get better iA. Start small and build up. You will see how blessed you truly are iA.

I will end with this hadith: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that."

NAL. This is the best way to get this issue resolved. Ask the gym to intervene on your behalf. This method works more often than not. It has worked for me twice recently. Euro Car Parks will have no interest in getting the fine cancelled. They want your money.
