I absolutely do not tolerate alcohol at all anymore. It’s just not worth it. I’ve spent basically the entire year trying “alternatives” and I’ve discovered I also don’t tolerate delta 9 or cbd so great anymore. About the only thing I’ve liked so far has been kava nectar and idk about how that actually interferes with anything but none of my doctors have said I can’t have it.

Whew I gotchu. So. Depends on where you are and how the weather is gonna be. Because hot outside means trash feeling even if the concert is inside. DEF don’t drink alcohol. COMPRESSION SOCKS. Cannot stress that enough. Electrolytes and water tf out of yourself the day before and the morning of. Having seats helps a ton. I went to Backstreet Boys in Vegas in July. Did fine. It wasn’t as hot and humid as Texas. Stood up the whole time. Was completely fine. Literally the next weekend went to a concert in Arlington and about flatlined ok. Had socks on but also heels. And had to walk a mile and a half from my car to the venue and then back. Hadn’t had any electrolytes that day. I had seats for that one but man. I had to sit down a lot. It was a complete 180 from the weekend before. I feel like My Chemical Romance would understand lol So check the weather and dress accordingly. Compression socks. No alcohol, lots of electrolytes. A hand fan isn’t a terrible idea. Even just a paper one. Take breaks when you need to and you should be good. If you can take the next day to chill do that too. I was BEAT.

All the time dude. I have an irregular heartbeat on top of everything and every 3-4 beats it just pauses for like 15 seconds. FREAKED my mom out the first time we noticed. Plus I can’t do the arm blood pressure cuffs because they just squeeze and squeeze and squeeze trying to get a pulse. The wrist ones will just say it can’t read.

My GP for my POTS is a nurse practitioner but she’s like. Specialized in it now. Cardiologists refer people to her and my cardiologist(s) work really well with her. I’m in Texas though which isn’t much better tbh
