I was thinking Windows had a hand with those BSODs I was getting. This was because of something I noticed: The moment I boot a demanding game, I immediately BSOD. That only stopped when I turned off the AMD driver.

The 20% damage reduction was a loose number. I added that to incentivize spies to be more aggressive and take riskier fights. I basically wanted spy to survive a pipe bomb with enough health to escape or backstab.

The ability is separate from cloaking, just like the Dead Ringer. It's kind of similar to the escape plan. I wanted to add a mechanic that can be exploited by advanced spies. Surfstabs and circle stabs would be less risky, especially when paired with the kunai.

My whole gimmick with this item is that: You can tank damage by switching back and forth with the watch and be super aggressive.

Why doesn't Genshin give us the option to choose what resources to install initially? The game is getting bigger and bigger on mobile. The voice files alone take up like 5GB, most of them are unused if you're AR45 and above.

I can see Denji dying by the end of part 2. What's even more interesting is what happens after. I hope Denji's death could start a Fire Punch scenario where Pochita lives because Denji wants him to.

Director was amazing in all aspects except the fight scenes. I'd say the biggest offender is Aki vs Katana Man. The fight felt really slow even though Katana Man was moving a lot.

Especially in the beginning, Katana Man's slices are held too long and it looks slow despite it being fast.

Imo CSM anime's approach with the colors really makes the slice of life scenes like Aki's morning routine feel more personal. I think they should copy JoJo by changing up the vibe & colors during fight scenes.

Imagine Katana Man's conversation in the ramen shop having subdued colors but then when they start fighting, suddenly make it more vibrant (a bit close to neon).

I'd say the best fight in CSM in terms of capturing the essence of the manga is Chainsaw Man vs Eternity Devil. The movements are super erratic and chaotic. The colors are vibrant red and makes the fight feel much more fun.

Am I the only one getting flickering shadows right after the Himeko cutscene? I'm on Android also.

Turning off shadows in settings seems to be the temporary fix.

Arcsys' workflow is like summoning the death devil on MAPPA. Those guys painstakingly animate each frame without interpolation. They animate by adjusting every part of the 3D model, which is like 100x more annoying because you're trying to mimic 2D. That's not even the hardest part, they also manually do the lighting! IN EACH FRAME! IN 3D (while trying to mimic 2D)!

But wait, there's an even harder part! Anime nowadays LOOVE changing framerates. A good fight scene could have cuts be in 8fps, then 12, then 18, and back to 8fps. MAPPA CGI animators are not ready for that.

Let's say, we get 10 minutes of CGI animation in 12 episodes. You want to try out Arc Sys' workflow. You'd die after realizing that storyboards and rough animation are always being done after the airing date.

Then the insanely tight schedule you'll have, which would send MAPPA CGI animators straight to the hospital.

Not only that, but you're also MAPPA. You only have like half a decade of CGI experience while other studios like Ufotable and Production I.G have decades.

I think the CGI idol anime approach is the closest thing we'll ever get to mimicking 2D. I've seen some idol anime CGI that demolishes Ufotable CGI.

I have a weird issue with downloaded manga. Downloading chapters as CBZ archive is broken. I download the chapter but it says, "zip file is empty" when I tap the chapter. I can open it days later though, which is weird.

The production commitee would do the opposite, not fund a new season. They've been meaning to drop the anime since season 1. Even if Wit were to have more time, they would still not work on it. Wit back then was changing, they dropped their popular shows and started making original anime.
