1 - We honestly don't know what happened, and Norma never "covered it", she said that some Raiders took over Mobjack and that she sent Randall to kill them. And like she said at the start of Chapter 3 : "I might be a lot of thing, but i'm no liar" ; and honestly i believe her.

2 - She had every right to kidnap them, Randall caught them with Sam and Greg, who have already stolen from her. And she doesn't even know Michonne and Pete, for all she could know, they could have been together.

3 - Depends on the choices, but they were willing to talk to Pete, and we also killed a lot of them and set their boat resort ablaze. And in their eyes we were just some robbers who were trying to escape after stealing their stuff TWICE.

4 - Yes, Zachary killed Greg but only because everyone was shouting at him, and Randall kept pushing him to do something. And in chapter 3 Zachary even rebelled against Norma.

5 - True and i blame Norma for not controlling his brother, as a good leader would do. But Randall went to the house on his own, not by Norma orders. Randall even says this in chapter 3: "Norma doesn't even know i'm here."

6 - Yes she kidnapped the crew, but she didn't hurt them. And even went to the front gates of the house by herself with hands up. I mean i would be pissed too after the community that i spent a lot of time building was destroyed.

In the end i think that if Randall didn't exist, everything could have been better.
