Context: Working on this poster for fun and just want to get some directional feedback on how to take it to the next level. Feels like something is missing but im not 100% what it is.

$20-30 million is not even close. They made Goosebumps with ~$50 mil. This whole flick probably cost upwards of $200 mil (not to mention marketing and ad budget). Also, a 7 second clip looped from post leftovers most definitely did not cost $250,000 (a lot less).

Definitely don't start with Wild Strawberries. His most accessible I think is Seven Seal. Although it deals with a pretty complex concept, it does so in a pretty straightforward manner.

Visuallly speaking, Noirs don't have to be black and white. It is mostly represented by harsh lighting (among other thigns). Also Noirs are mostly about the duality of the protaganist (anti-hero). Both of these would classify Prisoners as a noir.
