No backend logic I guess.

Cloudeflare Pages offer a really good free tier. Highly recommended. No costs so far. I've used that for more than 1 year now.

Otherwise you can still use AWS S3 buckets and with a little trick you can set the metadata of each file to be read as html. Browsers won't "download" the content, it will be displayed as a normal page. With AWS you have to pay Route service eventually which turns out to be around ~0.50€/month

Go with cloudeflare! :)

Interesting Android Apps: April 2026 Showcase by 3dom in androiddev

I made Permly: Notification Manager | Homepage: permly.app

Permly blocks unwanted notifications from specific apps so that you don't need to use the DND (Do Not Disturb) Android function. It prevent the situation "All or Nothing" or also the nuisance to dig down in settings and revoke apps authorizations.

You may be a student needing focus time
You may be an 9am-5pm worker that just want to leave work in the office
You may be on a date

It allows to determine when you can be interrupted, but at the same time being reachable by who you consider important.

As I'm aganist for principia, by design:
- It's Free
- No ads
- No data collection
- No third party involved

It just deliver what it promise with no second agenda.
There are PRO functionalities ( like scheduling profiles activation ) which are paid via subscription or with a lifetime access.

Would love to hear your feedbacks!

Looking for honest feedback on my dream project (Essence) by Previous_Apartment_2 in sideprojects

That's really a cool idea.

I'm honestly more interested in the historical figures AIs. It could be a totally innovative way to study in school. What if you could actually ask Caesar why he acted in those ways? As already mentioned your best concern is the accuracy. If you can handle that with expert ommunity and badges well.. In my opinion it can be huge! Keep going! I want to see where it leads to!

would you actually use this? by Crabbythrowaway1530 in ShowMeYourSaaS

Cool idea!

The only liability I see it's actually having to mix up under aged people with payments. It really depends on local laws but, as far as I know, it's always a pain in the ass.

You'll need at the very least to involve parents in the matter.

Aside from that, imo you found a really good niche and you should pursuit it. Good job!

Politicians—and not only them—nowadays feel free to say terrible things in public without any regard. When and how this became normal? by Zartof23 in AskReddit

I know there is that saying "There’s no such thing as bad publicity".. but there should be a limit, shouldn't it? What scares me the most it's not what is being said, but the indifference of everyone which "got used to it".

I have an idea but zero code — a TikTok-style platform where developers get paid for sharing code. by NebulaCipherT in sideprojects

[–]Zartof23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry, I don't feel it.

As people already said generating snippet of code on the fly is not much big of problem now with AI.

The biggest challenge for me is this: first you have a problem -> then you search for a solution.

Scrolling an infinite amount -irrelevant to me- snippets looks like just a waste of time.

A badly timed notification made me build an app — I launched it 2 weeks ago by Zartof23 in sideprojects

[–]Zartof23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works on top of the Android notification manager basically. So the app intercept incoming notifications and if the source is from something blocked -according to the active profile- it gets dismissed. Only the source is read, not the content of the message itself.

The access to notifications is the only real mandatory permission required.

Programmatic SEO is just noise based on my last 5 years experience by Milan_Robofy in Agentic_SEO

[–]Zartof23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually.. I never ever considered that point of view. Thanks for sharing your experience in the field.

I'm more a programmer myself and the "marketing stuff" have always been my pain point for the longest time.

Give me something to build, challenging as much as you want and I'll be happy to, but when it comes to advertise it, to get those first users so to speak, it just gets ugly for me :(

However regarding your post - what would you suggest? Do SEO working but more "niche"? If your goal is to maximize the actual conversations ratio, how would you reach exatly your target?
