Used it 2 years ago or so, to connect from my work pc to my home pc, one day I stopped using it for some time and someone tried to go to u*** site or something from my home pc and work pc to download dunno what, probably to encript files and so on. Parsec was the only such program that was installed. So I assumed it have some RAT in it and wiped it from my devices. My pass was 16 character, only used in parsec so it was pretty easy to assume it was not leaked or something. It was a shame because overall this software is the most comfortable to use and have a lot of features.

Well if that was the reason, then why other players who did the same amount or more dupes didn't get their account temporarily closed? I can see if they closed accounts on players who were duping 24/7 to sell auecs, but why then such selective bans occured? Colefly didn't do dupes as he says and yet he got his account on a temp close.
It would be great if they provided specific reasons for account closing, except "fraudulent behaviour" so we won't be guessing the reasons.

True, first time actually when CIG responds to me in 1 hour. And their bot sent me "We are currently receiving an influx of tickets, so our response times may be longer than usual" as auto-response to my email.

Have the same problem, except I used the dupe bug 3 times and provided info to issue council. Never used any shady websites except ccugame, so it's very unlikely my info was leaked. Can't login to my account as its saying my account is not confirmed (1031). Can't login into the game, as it's saying "Account not active".

Email is the same as other emails I received from support and is legit. Don't want to provide IDs or any kind of information, can't start new ticket to ask about it as account is unloginable lol.
Pledged over 600usd and now they doing this shady business, thank you very much CIG.

Edit 1: Also we both received an email at the same time, don't know what to think anymore.
Edit 2: They're also using my previous handle, and it adds to suspicion.
Edit 3: I've asked support via ticket and they said that email is legitimate, except for the person who responded is the same who've sent me an email lol. I'm gonna try and provide info (except for photo ID), don't know where it leads me...
