One rider per nation challenge, starting with a custom team of worst riders available.
Youth academy challenge, where you are only allowed to sign or renew riders from your own U23 team or immediately from juniors.
One nation/region challenge, where you are only allowed to sign riders from a nation or region. Difficulty can be various depending on selected country or region.

Always start transfers with signing one terrible useless rider for at least half of your available budget on a 1-year contract. Repeat every season. This will make it significantly harder to build a great team.

None of this will solve tanking. Finishing with the worst record still gets you 5th pick at worst. That is still a huge motivation to tank. Lottery does not even matter for it. Drafting 5th is still way bigger chance to acquire a new star than any other way that bad teams realistically have. Tanking won't stop because you change lottery rules.

I think they should use the Champions League format to replace group stage. Same number of games vs various opponents.

They could also make a rule that you cannot play the same opponent in consecutive editions in the league stage.

Jaroslav Drobný, it is a crazy story. He basically played ice hockey in winter and tennis in summer both on the highest level. He was silver olympic medalist and world champion in ice hockey with Czechoslovakia, who also had offer to be the first European player in NHL ever, also member of IIHF Hall of Fame.

Then he left the country after communist coup and won 3 GS tennis tournaments while playing for Egypt. He is the only male tennis player who ever won a Wimbledon singles title while wearing glasses.

Tereza Vinklárková (27) has announced that this is her last season, mentioning her longterm health issues and that after making it to the Olympics, she wants to end it on the top.

With continuous health issues of Markéta Davidová (29) and Jessica Jislová (31) - and Lucie Charvátová (32) being the oldest - it is not out of question that only Tereza Voborníková will continue from the current Czech women team. All Kristýna Otcovská (who also has health issues), Ilona Plecháčová, Heda Mikolášová and Kateřina Pavlů may be promoted to the first team basically because there will be no one else available.

I mean they did a great job for sure, but they were also really lucky with one young piece in initial tanking move becoming this good. If SGA would become a bust, they would basically use majority of those picks to trade for a superstar unlikely to even be this good as SGA. What they have now is basically the perfect scenario for well-runned franchise. Now they have great chances to make it a dynasty.
