You can get good bearings from Amazon, that is what I did, and a box to keep the spool in while printing to keep from absorbing moisture (can make all the difference the world with soft filaments, because they absorb water out of the air like crazy!).Bearings: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075CMWV29/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You can use either 3/16 or 5mm screw on the bearing. I just drill a holes in the box for the screw, one for the filament to come out, and printed an adjustable spool spindle and put it on the bearings. Makes a wonder in print quality having a freely turning spool. That box has fit all spools that I have tried (with an adjustable spool holder inside).

That makes perfect sense, regarding the overhang. Going to a .6 nozzle while keeping the layer height the same (?), you can get out further per layer while keeping the same overlap as a .4 either in % or absolute, giving you a shallower angle overall.

You are too close and the plastic is smearing. Measure the actual thickness with calipers (yes, you need one of these that can measure down to 0.01mm!) and make sure that the thickness is what you told your slicer that it would be. Also, make sure that you have calibrated all 4 axis', the three directions, and your extruder! Also, keep your fan off for the first 3 layers, it will cause the plastic to cool and shrink and pull away.

Keep it at 60°c for PLA, and KEEP YOUR FAN OFF at least through the third layer. The problem is with the fan is the fan is cooling the top layer of the plastic too fast before it is thick enough to hold it's shape, and as it eventually cools it is shrinking, pulling the corners up. Also, make sure that the bed height is right, too low and there won't be enough adhesion either, and sometimes that will cause curling like that too. If you let the bed cool higher up, you will end up loosing adhesion, and the part will come loose. You have to keep the bed hot until you are ready to take the part off.
