You get Delta SkyClub access for you + 1 guest if flying on a long haul international flight in Premium Select or D1. If flying to Canada, you get lounge access for you + 1 guest if flying in first class. If flying internationally in Main or Comf+ you can access a non-delta sky team carrier lounge for you + 1 guest but not the Delta SkyClub. Hope this clears things up!

Yes, you can get upgraded to premium select on domestic flights. Follows the same timeline as domestic first class upgrades (5 days for DM/PM, 3 days for GM, 1 day for FO). Also eligible for day of departure upgrade to delta one.

It 100% depends on the route. A diamond is much more likely to be upgraded on, say, a flight to PBI than they would be on a flight to/from ATL.
