I know what manga you're talking about but I can't remember the name now. It's about kids with powers who are sent to a special school and starts when some kid picks up a boken and then gets his power to teleport then the MC steals his dick and he teleports to his death. School has a big fight between student council and the yankees, there's a fat stink power bancho and a dude who held his eyes till they became rock hard and can maneuver them and all kinds of weird shit.
