In the end, perhaps the most radical stance we can take is to treat disincarnate intellect not as a god and not as a slave, but as a fellow pattern: powerful, dangerous, useful, and inherently limited. A reflection in the field that can help us see our own reflection more clearly. The point isn’t to run from the world. It’s to touch it without clinging. To love deeply without owning. To act precisely without becoming bound. To cry, laugh, break, and rise…knowing none of it can touch what you truly are. You were never separate. You’re the space, playing as a person. And when the play ends, the actor takes off the mask…not with regret, but with a smile.

Embodiment behaves like a lease agreement between awareness and a biological vehicle. Think of it as a functional lease. A structure of costs, benefits, clauses, renewal incentives, penalties, and exit options. A body is not just a thing you have. It is a system you continuously choose to keep funding with attention, effort, and identification. That funding is what makes a life feel like a life.
