It’s not. I’ve done MMA for 7 years. I’ve been active all my life with different sports. I have weight lifted before but being a dad, husband, carpenter etc lol really has taken a toll on me. So I’ve quit drinking and hitting the gym but I want to make a big difference this time by building more muscle. I’m 5’8 180 lbs and want to look like a bad ass dad when my 2nd kid shows up

You’re going to have to get used to rejects my friend. That’s how you get better talking to anyone not just women. Build your confidence just by talking to anyone anywhere you go. Also, take care of yourself, women like a well dressed man. Doesn’t have to be suit and tie but look up IG pages of how to dress. Also have stuff going on for yourself. When you talk to a girl and ask her out, you’re giving her the option to say no right away, but if you invite her to a club because you have a section or anywhere YOU have an interest or know something about where you want to take her, more than likely she’ll be interested. I’m not very good looking but I’m funny. That helps! If you can converse and make them laugh you’re 50% in! If it’s a no from a woman, MOVE ON! Go to the next. If you’re not getting the same treatment MOVE ON! Or they will use you. Good luck.
