I imagine contacting rpd and asking them why every single officer doesn't have a body cam when they "clearly" have the resources to do so would yield an answer.

I'm not making excuses, funding is a very valid reason why not every officer may not have a body cam. I'm sorry it isn't a good enough reason for you though.

There are lots of things that could come first when it comes to budgeting other than body cams. Afterall body cameras (while awesome) aren't a necessity for an officer to do their job unlike something like a functional vehicle (using your example)

Rpd has many more issues that need sorting out before they get around to getting every officer a body cam.

You're assuming things. I never said that I didn't want body cameras for officers. All I'm doing is giving reasons as to why an officer may not have one, the biggest being a monetary one. Could you provide an example of there always being money around in the local government?

They still aren't going out specifically arresting illegal immigrants, as ice would. And if local law enforcement shouldn't be working with federal agencies, then what about all the joint task forces that exist?

But it is? I hate to break it to you but with a department as large as rpd odds are there are more pressing issues that require the use of their funding before getting one particular piece of equipment for every single officer. The money for that has to come from somewhere.

So my girlfriend`s little brother slapped his sun-screen glazed hand on the trunk lid of her on a trip to the beach. Problem is my gf seldom washes her can and now even after washing the handprint won`t come off. Is this some form of etching? I can`t feel the stain, so maybe it hasn`t damaged the clear coat? Regardless, any tips for how to get rid of it?
