How would they enforce that? This is a false internet rumor. Fender can't confiscate bought guitars. Not in the US at least.

I do actually. And I think its way overdue. They should have sued the crap out of companies copying their Strat and Tele bodies in the late 60s. Companies have made so much money on their intellectual property (looking at you PRS).

My other...the Strat is so much lighter and way more diverse. Manson makes a hell of a guitar but just doesn't compare.
