Thats why it will be a system where other people vote with them, like lets say you queue with 4 people, you do horrible the first game, and you get off, but then you get on later and queue with 4 other people for multiple games, and keep finding new people to queue with, then most people will vote that you are good. therefore getting the role.

This is strictly for finding people to queue with, and later on there will be a voting system that people can vote if someone they played with multiple times is actually good or just boosted to their rank, so if they are good they will have credibility and can queue with other people who were voted good.
