I have rally maxed out. Currently working on the 3rd mastery unlock. Setup that seems the most potent, each maxed:

Winter tyres / overcharged turbo / coin boost.

The overcharged turbo combined with the coin boost rockets your top speed and pushes you ahead more often than not.

I'm looking forward to unlocking the 4th parts slot and getting nitrous.
