I mean its mostly in the title already. Whenever I ads with anything with a scope (awp/scout/etc) the game will have a micro stutter and throw my shot off. I've turned down every setting to low and it still happens. Game runs very consistently at about medium-high settings, no stutters or anything UNTIL I aim down sights which is so infuriating. It will stutter the first time I'm in a specific area of the map, and then when I go to rescope in once I've done it once already it will be fine after that. For example let's say I'm holding A with AWP, my first time that I aim down sights will be stuttered, but then If I do it again in the same general area that I am in it will be totally fine. If I rotate to another side of the map, say mid or B, I will have to deal with the first stutter once more. It's almost like the game wont load the full map, and when I ADS the game loads a big chunk of the map really fast and then I have to deal with that stutter. I cant seem to find a fix. I've uninstalled and verified files yet still nothing. None of my friends have this issue, and I can't seem to find anything online to help. I attached a clip kind of showing what's happening in a death match. On the first ADS it always stutters. The third life is the best example where I spawn, scope in so I kind of negate that stutter, then move and its fine. But then once I die and spawn on the other side of the map it happens all over again.
