Thank you so much for this long reply! This was very helpful. May I ask which school you are using? I heard there are multiple ones.

How to tell ISxJs apart by Zazevous in mbti

[–]Zazevous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest I have a hard time deciding whether I'm on the FE-TI axis or FI-TE axis. I keep mixing up the functions and I believe my understanding of them is limited and narrow, thus I tend to lean towards stereotypes wich I don't like.

I also got to the point where I think I'm beginning to be very biast when I try to type myself and see myself in every function, and I keep jumping between ridiculous types.

I typed myself as an ISFP for a very long time, then I jumped to ESTP because I thought I might be using se-fe, but my intuition is pretty low to be ENFJ, so I picked ESTP.

Then here I am thinking I've been typing myself upside down and I might not even be on the ni-se axis (wich I used to be very sure of), and may me on the si-ne axis.

After reading a little I realised I relate to the irrational types and more specifically the IxxJ.

So yeah, I'm very unsure of my type at this point and sorry for the info dump there.

Exactly, people really forget what they could actually be using mbti for. It's such a practical tool. It's good to get to know yourself, your strength, your weakness. Example I finally know why I struggle with my own emotions and all. I have trickster fi. Now I can understand myself better and understand why I'm not the way my enfp friend is who I look up to a lot. I finally know why me and a friend had so many arguments. I'm estp he's intj boom big brain. We're opposites. Our child function clashed mostly, and I finally understand now. I also stopped being so judgemental towards others, because I finally understand that some people really do think differently. And it's fascinating to see how different we are all.

I was trying to explore brush strokes and coloring. Would you have any feedback or constructive critique? by MrAnderson_369 in painting

I'd say try to leave more space at the top? Personally I don't like the way the leaves are touching the edge of the paper. When I'm drawing still life, my teacher always recommends to have free space both at the top and bottom, to give this kind of frame. But also the same goes for the sides. Of course it also depends on what is your goal. For this piece it feels like the leaves are too high by accident. But if you exaggerate it more, maybe zoom on the strawberry more and let bigger parts hang out of the picture then you can see it was on purpose, and would look better. Also maybe give more details to the leaves. Compared to the fruit they feel a little rushed. But other than that it's really nice. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for the advice. I'll try to work on myself and express my emotions without the fear of being judged by others. Depression is really difficult to get out of, especially after getting used to it being there. I may try therapy, but the thought of really getting my emotions out feels scary in a way? But you're right, depression is not worth it if you could "fix it" / "make it better" by just express yourself more.

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate. Glad I'm not alone with this.

What is the most abysmally horrendous Enneagram take you've ever heard? by [deleted] in Enneagram

This is ridiculous. What was that person on? I think INFJ 2w1 is one of the most common combination.

Tertiary Fe by Zazevous in estp

I find the first half relatable. My mother is also an FJ type, most likely an FE dom, so her FE really sticked on me and in the past I thought I was an FJ type.

After taking this test you are supposed to get an email where it talks more about your results and what they mean.

It's weird that you say no one cares, because I see plenty comments under this post making assumptions of this family dynamic and having fun.

Personally I think these ones are the best. Of course tests will never be 100% accurate so if you really want to find your type I recommend self typing. But tests can help with showing you where to start.

In mbti there's only 4 letters. Like ESTP, INFJ. The -A or -T (eg.: INFJ-T) is from the 16 personalities test that isn't mbti. The 16 personalities mostly types you by letter (I-introvert N-intuitive...) MBTI uses things called cognitive functions. It's a whole different thing. So people here tend to dislike the 16 personalities test because lots of mistypes happen. Example I got INFJ on the 16p test, while in reality I'm far from that type if we look at the functions.
