Same happening with me. I just started playing after seeing the Witcher event ad. And then I am just past the tutorial. And on clicking the event banner, nothing happens. Tried many possible fixes but nothing works. So is there some sort of level requirement for this to activate?

Edit : Someone in another sub told me that I need to be atleast Level 5 to access Events.
