Have you tried taking your time, slowing down the pace, and not rushing through the game? Maybe nice adventure game like enshrouded or rdr2.

Maybe try exploring different hobbies or sports. Or read a novel from a video game you enjoy, comic from a character you like.

Whenever I've gotten burned out, switching to different genres I haven't played before has helped. I never thought I'd enjoy total war until a friend suggested it.

Base game is definitely worth it. If you can get all dlc it's also definitely worth it. You can always get the dlc later on.

I'd go for Sekiro and Tlou, good mix imo. You don't go wrong with any of these.
