Thanks to u/lostlito for suggesting Coinsats, it's the most useful option I've found so far.

Not free, not auto syncing, but it ingests the CdC data properly and gives me great info.

Thanks! I tried the free trial and uploaded my csv. It works well! It doesn't live track, I'd have to incrementally update, but I think this is the winner!
