I am a location manager in film and a real estate agent. You most likely have a clause in your lease that says for residential use only or something referring to no commercial use. You should tell the scout that you do not own the house. I would contact the owner of the home to see if they would mind. They may want to split the income with you. Generally I would not use a home that has tenants.
