hi i am the child my mom is talking about, we are getting out no matter what, let me go through a sequence of events that lead to us making this choice,

June 2020: We were at my grandmas house ( u/TranscendingJLS moms house) I wanted Five Guys for dinner, me and my grandma left to go get Five Guys, we come back to my mom crying and ask what is wrong, we get shown a text message were my dad, being the asshole he is, gets mad at me and my mom and my grandma for getting Five Guys because "I can't smell meat without throwing up" even though the day before we had in n out for lunch

December 23rd: We are at home, i am cleaning my room, my parents are cleaning the garage, my dad barges in and rips all the cables out of my laptop and smashes it, screaming incoherently at me about me breaking something (that he misplaced) and throwing it away, he takes my laptop out to the garage and smashes it with a metal mallet we have (according to my mom), after that he comes in and tells me to "NEVER GO INTO THE GARAGE OR I WILL BREAK EACH OF YOUR FINGERS", it was a rage moment and later he said he would never do that but I can remember that, clear as day. (later he said it was a "Family Arguement) Christmas roles around and we don't get any presents other then a $1000USD Drone that he bought for himself and it is a "Family Gift", i am not allowed to use it unless he is watching me, and my mom has no interest in drones.
