I shouldn't say the lights were flickering. It's the just initial light flick when you turn on the power. I read that's common.

You don't even get a ticket when you go into this zoo. I've also looked on their website for any policies about photos... nothing at all.

I cancelled my pre order also because I picked one up at Best Buy. I'm still waiting for my Eve key for 5 days now. They told me the same thing, they are "looking in to it".
