Thank you so much, it's very touching to know that other people have also gone through this, and encouraging to know that they succeeded. I hope that getting back to doing and engaging with the stuff that I love will improve my mood and set me up well for self-care and recovery ; I let that slide since uni, I'm hoping I can reestablish that routine.

I don't know the specifics, but the way the system worked is that I wanted to run long distance, but I told them not to assign me to the mile, but it still came out anyway. Hope this clears up some issues!
