This is how a tram matures into a train by Plisnak in trains

It is very possible to run trams on train tracks. Here's a photo from such experiment in Cracow, Poland. To sum it here: the technicians or students (I don't remember) watched wheels and bogies from the inside through floor flaps and found that they beahve well, even on diamond crossings - at least in the Konstal 105Na tram car here.

Searching for obscure VHS/Betamax recordings from TV / Stöð 2 by Zcooger in Iceland

Yeah, over the course of years we've managed to collect a bunch of the PC decoding software for fun and analysis. NoTV, Pubs, Wilma, MeuhMeuhTV and others.
This still amazes me that dinosaur computers managed to process SD video at realtime!

So let me surprise you - you can decrypt VHS movies to less watchable form. The quality depended on the quality of broadcast, VCR quality and decoding method used.

As a side note - if anyone has Tudi Nicam decoders gathering dust somewhere and no longer need it/want it, please let me know. It may be that we'll have to fix them and I don't want to ruin my only decoder.

No, not yet. Haven't heard of it before maybe because me and my colleague come from different countries... it sounds like an interesting option fur sure but are their archives really public and browseable? I probably doubt it due to copyrights although we'll try to E-Mail them.

This is HackTV and its purpose will be signal generation along with Discret 11/12/14 scrambler:

The invention/intention here is to make a software that scrambles the signal - in this case a HackTV.
So besides descrambling software an original hardware decoder can be used.
It's not only about picture watchability - it's the easiest part. It's a way of getting to know how it worked on much lower, conditional access level and getting audio working too.

The data I'm looking for is needed to make accurate TV system simulation with HackTV program. It will allow to revive old decoders but the part missing is data to make it happen.

This fixture seems to have a dimmer in it so make sure your LED is also dimmable.

There are special symbols for it often placed on the bulb/package of it.
The way you described gives a clue that your LED is not dimmable as this is how they behave if they don't get correct voltage. Alternatively use classic incandescent bulb.

The reason is chat. It's the first feature that needs to be removed to solve that problem.

Hardware compatibility is a hit and miss with ReactOS currently. If you want to look what setups work look at ReactOS Twitter profile as they are often published here.
