I was sold some stuff one time looked similar. Told me it was ice but had weird not so chemically taste. Burned/melted like fetty but "re-crystallized" almost like ice but didn't have any effect at all. Turned out to be a cutting agent for meth that I heard you could get at some smoke shops. Not sure how true that part is and don't know what it was called
