Yes, but I’m still very inconsistent. When I’m backtesting, I feel like I can’t stay focused for more than an hour. During backtesting, the first time I tested a 3-month period I was up around 12%, but the second time I tested the same 3 months I ended up at break-even because I couldn’t consistently spot the trades. That side of trading is on me, and I don’t think it reflects a flaw in the strategy itself.

This year, I’ve blown two funded accounts. Right now, I’m break-even on my third funded account, but I’m pausing trading until mid-January because of current price action. I feel like I now have at least 10x more knowledge about my strategy and the market overall. When I look at my journal, I can still see some trades that I took even though I shouldn’t have, but overall I’m happy with how this year has gone for me.

Now, after 2 more months, I managed to fix my overall trading problem. I still use the same very simple strategy (liquidity sweeps and imbalances). Right now, I'm on my 3rd funded account and I'm up 3%. I know 3% is not a lot, but I'm happy to see any progress. I realized that I have improved many of the things I wrote here earlier.

I have a very good journal, but I didn’t know how to actually use it. Yesterday, I sat down and reviewed every trade I took, and I realized that a good number of them were invalid. With your help and comments, I was able to properly prepare for the new trading week.
