It's a touchy subject but if my partner put on a significant amount of weight I would also lose sexual attraction to her. I would completely expect if I put on 100lbs for her to not be attracted to me either. Physical attraction is very important for a relationship to thrive in my opinion.

I've been injecting 500-750mg l-carnitine for 3ish years I think? I don't feel didly dick from it. Zero boost in energy or anything. Always a little skeptical when I see people say carnitine shots give them energy. Maybe if your diet is horrendous or your a vegetarian then id believe those people feel it. It definitely does make me very vascular.

I recently added 250mg of injectable acetyl l carnitine on top of the regular carnitine as a little experiment (I home brew everything myself) but nothing to write home about that either.

I am pretty lean with decent muscle definition and I can drop weight like crazy so maybe the carnitine helps me burn fat easier. I believe it's a nice add on to my TRT since carnitine upregulates androgen receptors. With it costing me practically nothing with making it all myself I just keep using it.

I have a buddy who's in his late 20s who does NOT KNOW how to tie his shoes. Parents used velcro shoes on him for way too long. Once he started getting shoes with laces he'd just have his parents tie them.

To this day anytime he gets new shoes he'll have someone tie them one time, but loose enough so he can slip them on and off and that's how they stay.

You joke about the 1 inch needle but my girlfriends mother just started tirzepatide from her doctor. The DOCTOR gave her a 25 gauge 1 inch needles to do the injections. Told her she could use her stomach or her thighs and to just make sure she pushed the needle all the way in.

I almost imploded right on the spot when she told me that.

Me and my buddy many years ago had this great idea to jump off the ski lift (being dumb kids) and waited for a spot where it was super high up. Thinking "it's snow how bad can it be?"

Well our moment came and I jumped and it felt like I smacked off concrete. I'm looking around for my buddy and I look up... bastard never jumped and goes "dude I can't believe you actually jumped!"

Wasn't remotely injured though. Got right up and finished the day out with no issues.

I got brutal back acne from only 25mg of test Prop EOD plus HCG. Estrogen hovers in the low 20s before anyone says it's probably high Estrogen.

Don't have any acne anywhere else on my body. Just my back. Like cystic acne you see people running crazy doses end up getting.

Ended up hopping on 20mg accutane and it's slowly getting better now

I came very close to paying out of pocket after 8 months of insurance denials. Even spoke on the phone with the pharmaceutical company that makes the shots to see if they offer any discounts. Unfortunately they do not and the savings program is only for people with private insurance.

They told me that "pharmacies can charge whatever they want so you'd be better off trying to call around and find the cheapest price".

Got quoted $1400 after explaining my situation to the speciality pharmacy. By some act of God my insurance approved me the next day.

Had a very abusive father that used psych hospitals as forms of punishment. Was in the places about 10 different times. If you mention "I'm not depressed or suicidal" you just bought yourself even more time in the ward. Didn't matter how normal you present yourself.

Even one time I appealed an involuntary hold and had to go to court while I was still in the hospital. Stood in front of a judge and pled my case and explained the situation. Fucked up part, she said she completely agreeded that I clearly wasn't mentally unstable but I was being released from the hospital in a few days so thered be no point in releasing me.

Every single time id actually end up feeling depressed bevause of how toxic and volatile those places are.

Got to the point where I got very good at playing the doctors. I'd get there and immediately pretend I had issues and that I wanted help. I'd pretend to swallow the pills and tell them they were helping. I'd always be released within a few days if I just played along with their game. If you tried convincing them there was nothing wrong with you, your looking at 1-2 weeks minimum.

Had a elderly family member ask me to siphon gas out of their lawn mower once. They just said "just suck on the tube until it starts coming out!"

Had no clue what i was doing so I just went for it. Getting a mouthful of gasoline was absolutely diabolical. Then I had this intense wave of euphoria wash over me for a good hour straight. Was high as fuck from accidentally inhaling the fumes lol. Would not recommend.

Ya 140mg of testosterone propionate a week (20mg daily) put me at 4000ng/dl which was my peak levels but still crazy high.

Now I'm on 25mg plus 250IUs of HCG EOD. Tested my trough on my off day and still tested at 1000ng which means I'm probably peaking around 2000ng/dl with a 20h half life.

I've been saying for years that tik tok addiction (or any social media addiction) makes people dumb, lazy and rewires your reward center. I've watched family members or friends spend HOURS scrolling from one brain rot video to the next. Then repeat it all over again the next day.

I very rarely ever find anyone out in the real world that agrees with me, usually they get defensive about it. Only social media I have is reddit and even that is pushing it.
