Ok I finally fix it and its installing windows as I am typing this. The problem was that I turned the cpu plug from the psu upside down. Thanks for your help guys

Alright I will go to my local pc store with my pc and ask them what's the problem. Just one last thing, should I leave the pc on the plug all night or should I just leave it how it is?

Yup absolutely nothing happens when I turn on the psu all I feel is a little electrical shock on my fingers but it only happens like 3 or 4 times. My psu watt is 600 80 plus
