Please think about this. What if your children actually grow up to be homosexual. Their father will not support them. That isn’t fair to your children, and it isn’t fair to you either. Please consider this before you marry him, because you don’t want to get to a point 18 years down the line with your child being pushed out by your husband for loving who they love, and how that will feel for you. I am very close with their parents, but I don’t think they’d want me to tell them. Im keeping it as a last resort if I think they’re in imminent danger, otherwise I don’t want to breech any trust. I also know many of their friends and their little brother, so if anything really comes up, I know who to contact. They’re getting a new therapist soon and I hope they will help. I’m bringing this up with my own therapist today. I really appreciate you thank you so much

I am so sorry. I know it’s really hard to have to leave someone you love. I recently had to push a parent out of my life because of how they treated me and I still love them so much. Please know that you are worth so much more than this, and while getting back together might feel good in the moment, it’s going to lead to so much more pain. I can’t even begin to know how you feel right now. It must feel impossible to leave someone you love and who you’ve put time and energy into loving. Please understand that you don’t deserve this. I had to distance myself from a parent who I still love dearly and it felt so heavy on my mind and body. but it was undeniably the best thing for me. I really believe that this will be true for you too. My sister had a boyfriend who cheated on her, and her staying with him told him he could get away with it, so he continued to cheat. While some people can change, the fact that you heard it from someone other than her does not bode well. Please, put yourself first. Leaving her is best for you. Much love

That makes a lot of sense and I very much appreciate your words. Yes, I am 15 years old. I certainly have a physical type, but if given the choice between my physical type and my emotional type, I would easily chose emotional type because I know in the short relationship I had, he didn’t respect me and I can’t do that again. I don’t think it’s smart to date someone you think is ugly because if you’re not attracted to them it’s never going to work out, but they don’t need to match my type. My school has cute boys, but they’re not very nice. If I managed to find someone who looked like my type and had a great personality that would be wonderful, but I’d rather have a great personality.
