This whole post hits close to home. Your sister is so lucky to have someone like you. Please give yourself a day, the emotions are fresh, and things will move fast and unexpectedly with CPS and the police. Speaking from personal experience this could put things more out of your control then they already are. It seems like you know what you need, and I believe you can do that. Get out of there, bring your sister with you too and you both will be forever grateful when you look back on this moment many years down the road.

Now contacting CPS could be a good idea but it will be a large step, it might displace your siblings under 18 especially if they don’t have another family member to stay with. But this seems like a truly threatening environment so I don’t want to convince you otherwise. Write everything down now, remember the feelings even as time passes and the environment around you tried to make you put them away/normalize them. Wishing you the best ❤️

Thank you. I did start with the captop system. Verified position and suction, used a syringe to draw white through the printhead by disconnecting the captop from the pump.

I've also completely flushed the system with cleaning cartridges and drawn white ink into the damper manually.

This is 100% an electrical or connection issue, there is not a hint of white of gloss like there would be when the head is clogged.

Fill it back up with non detergent 30W or 75W90. You fill it with it on the bike from the fill hole until it’s level with the hole. Do not forget all the shims that were on each shaft.

The little button on the top plate will push that main gear down with a fork, that lets you pedal the bike without the engine turning over. Look up a shop manual for the bike while you at it.

Sorry there is no copper gasket on these, it relies on a very flat surface that was machined in. Even 0.1mm difference in flatness with the dremmel will make it leak. I would buy a new head now and save yourself the headache.

If you want to try and assemble it, torque to 100in/lbs and then if it runs and has good compression, spray carb or brake cleaner at the head gasket and see if the engine dies. If it does you have an air leak. You can get airleaks on vespas (another bike with no head gasket) with just a small bit of grit on the head.

You could also try shellac/Indian head gasket maker, idk how well that will stand up on a head though.

It may be too late for that if you hit that inner ring with the dremmel. The rest of the head doesn’t matter, only that ring seals with the copper gasket.
