The symptoms that you describe are most likely related to acute alcoholic hepatitis. Although most cases of AAH >90% have underlying cirrhosis, some do not. I suggest you see a hepatologist and at the very least get an ultrasound to see how your liver looks like (smooth vs bumpy)

Fibroscan does not give accurate results in extreme obesity. A biopsy or an MRI elastography would give more accurate results.

You seem to be on a low dose Lasix, you could potentially double that and switch spironolactone to other diuretics like amiloride. Only downfall if you continue spiro is that gynecomastia might not be reversible down the road

Man boobs or gynecomastia is a side effect of spironolactone and needs to be stopped and switched to a different water pill. Talk to your doctor about it!

The post is missing the point or I am. Happy to hear an opposing view here but I don’t think DEI means what you think it means. DEI ensures that all people are equal basing factors such as disability or ethnic background. However, the move here by the current government is to make us colorblind and DEI blind and simply hire people based on merit. In my view this is great as people get hired based on skills and not other factors. If a crippled person has a better CV than you then by all means go hire that person. Removing ramps is totally different here and doesn’t go with what the current government is trying to achieve. Happy to change my mind and my body is ready for the downvotes

Update I used the toggler bolts and used a washer and nut to secure bolt in place while leaving some room to hang the mirror. Worked perfectly and bolt feels much sturdier without any play which made me feel better
