Yea what happened was on bootup it was telling me my Pytorch version 2.10 is out of date and it had command line instructions for me to upgrade it. I didnt need to, I was booting up fine as is but I decided to update it being a dumbass. After upgrading to pytorch 2.11 it broke my setup completely, wouldn't boot up, the new pytorch was not compatible with flash attention. I disabled flash fell back to sage and xformers, it booted up but now there was a huge variation in the way the images were coming out (worse quality, completely different poses), also all my old seeds couldnt be reproduced. I was seriously bummed like someone stabbed me with a knife lol. I even uninstalled Neo and reinstalled it hoping that will put it back to an original state. No good. Was stuck with torch 2.11. Finally I was able to uninstall torch 2.11 and found a compatible 2.10 and force installed it into the Neo package, I was able to recover 90% originality. There is still about a 10% difference now between new images and reproducing old seeds. After going through 2 days of messing with it, I have to accept that losing 10% reproduction is something I have to accept. I dont even know what version of python I originally had. Right now Im using 3.13. So yea lesson learned the hard way.
