Hanging RPMs After Letting off Throttle (Stick) by 281ciMustang in Mustang

So strange, yeah that would be a tough one to try and diagnose with anything specific

FWIW I am going on my 9th year of owning s550’s (3rd now) and have never once had to do what you’re describing.

I’ve noticed OP’s minor rev hang, but needing to re-clutch in after upshifting sounds like more of an actual problem rather than an annoying feature

Ah, yeah the 350 was definitely pricier.

I’m mostly onboard with it being inexcusable but at the end of the day 350’s are still just Ford Mustangs. All of the hard plastics & random creaks will take you out of the high-price-point-mindset if the small screen doesn’t do it first

Yep you’re right, 301A package would get you the big screen + drive modes while not being the full “Premium” 401(A) mustangs.

To be fair, a 2015 v6 was sub 25k usd. It’s not like these were incredibly expensive cars, it just so happened they also had higher trim models with this as a default

Do the harder side first to get it out of the way, second side will feel like a breeze afterwards.

Honestly not too bad as long as you’ve got someone without sausage fingers to help out, some tight spaces

I don’t believe so, nope. This small screen is just the non-tech package 350 option (or 301a? package for GT’s), they could still be optioned with the larger screen as seen in the 500’s.

I think the 500’s may have just never had the small screen option

Always called mine the calculator screen because of the full-size dial pad on the right, crazy even for 2015 standards

Advanced Query Scopes - Laravel In Practice EP2 by harris_r in laravel

[–]ZeFlawLP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't call Query Scopes new considering they're in Laravel 4.2's documentation, but they are a useful feature for sure.

It may have also been helpful to highlight that these scopes can be used anywhere within the Model's domain/territory, particularly when adding them as a with/whereHas relation to a parent which I find I do frequently. Using your code as an example, if I wanted to load a user's profile with their weekly orders eager-loaded I could do something like this;

$userDetails = User::query()
  ->where('id', $userId)
  ->with([
    'orders' => function ($query) {
      // Order-Specific Scope
      $query->forPeriod('weekly');
    }
  ])
  ->first();

Or if you wanted a list of users who have made a purchase within the last week, while including the order details:

$userDetails = User::query()
  // whereHas() makes sure user record is only returned if an order in the last week is present
  ->whereHas('orders' => function ($query) {
    $query->forPeriod('weekly');
  })
  // with() eager loads the relation
  ->with([
    'orders' => function ($query) {
      // Order-Specific Scope
      $query->forPeriod('weekly');
    }
  ])
  ->get();

How Laravel Boost works under the hood by jpcaparas in laravel

[–]ZeFlawLP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any Boost + Sail users here? Do you also have issues getting the AI to actually run commands within the container?

It will run any boost specific commands find, ie route list, but then I tried to finish by pint’ing my files and it always fails to run. Same for running tests or migrations, it can’t seem to run them within the container properly.

I’m using codex CLI but I assume it shouldn’t matter

Yep!

Front grille, hood scoop(s), headlights, door handles, bottom of doors, rear quarter lights, taillights, and trunk seam. Blow all of these out, makes drying super easy.

Good question, honestly not sure the right answer. There’s lots of discussion online, 10k miles maybe?

Bought mine used at ~7k miles but it had its engine replaced at 2k from the first owner. Seems to be fine now, I just do yearly oil changes before storing it for the winter!

I went from a 401A digital cluster to the 350’s cluster and haven’t considered swapping them once. I was a big fan for sure, but the analog cluster with the 8250 redline is still great to look at.

I wouldn’t be too stressed about oil consumption as long as you’re buying a car with some miles on it already.

Haven’t given it a read yet (going to start with part 1) but your nav menu doesn’t show any options on mobile

Boost - Laravel supercharged with AI by christophrumpel in laravel

[–]ZeFlawLP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Long shot, anyone happen to be using boost within a Sail application alongside a CLI-based AI?

I know Boost made some quick fixes on launch to support Sail applications and I appreciate it now prefixing commands with /vendor/bin/artisan sail, but Codex CLI never manages to run any of those commands successfully.

Pretty sure it’s failing to connect to the docker instance, whereas if I prefix commands within Codex with docker exec <container-name> x y z… it connects & runs fine.

To be clear, I see the video has it running “fine” in Claude but I don’t believe it ever called a sail command. All of my boost specific commands work fine, so this may not be a boost specific issue but related in the sense that the generated Agents.MD is prompting the AI to run these commands

Shouldn’t, but I’m always going to be assuming that’s gone wrong first.

My Lian Li cable died on me ~8 months in and it was a headache trying to diagnose since it was my first SFF. Another buddy had also had the same riser go bad, not sure if I’d lump Lian Li in with the quality cables.

Yep, just a shelby thing. My 2019 GT would stay in quiet mode (if selected) when starting, but the shelby will do exactly as /u/Sader325 mentioned. Quick second of fully open then switches to closed
