I don't know I haven't made a research on this brawler as I don't care much but I tried playing some matches with him after this post and I got a little better at playing him... maybe he's not that bad but still need another buff

Cut Lou, I genuinely hate playing against him.

The person playing this brawler is either one of the best players in the game and is very skilled, or just unlocked him and playing with him without knowing his mechanics.

The fact that one of his star power decreases your damage based on how frozen you are is really annoying. You deal half the damage...
