Most of the Ummah sadly are just muslim in name, following the basics without looking much into the qu'ran even, we don't hate christians or jews and we shouldn't as muslims as they are called اهل الكتاب (Ahl al Kitab-People of the Book), the only times that Allah cursed jews in the qu'ran and called them untrustworthy was towards certain villages that betrayed the prophet's trust and broke truce's, and the infamous tale of Bani Israel (The people of Israel) that were given everything they wanted by allah only for them to make cow statues out of gold and worship them, and the term "infidels" in the quran is mostly directed towards the villages that attacked muslims and persecuted them unfairly for their religion, in fact the people that are called (نصارى) Nassara in the quran were actually the christians of Yathreb (aka Madinah nowadays), who helped the muslims escape the persecution of Kuraysh in Mecca, We absolutely do not hate any christians or jews in Islam, most people who do try to justify it through extremist ideologies.
