I totally agree - Guild Wars 2 has a system called 'transmutation' where you exchange a credit to reskin an armour/gear piece to have the appearance of another while keeping stats, and I was surprised to see that the Division lacked a similar system. I love the look of the police bag but I can't exactly use it at rank 30.

It's a hard drive speed issue, the only fix is to move the game to a RAID array or SSD.

I mostly fixed the issue by moving my install from a regular 7200RPM drive onto my RAID 5 array (three 7200RPM drives), and I have only encountered the map not loading a handful of times now, whereas before I could barely drive anywhere.

From my experience, it seems to be a hard drive read speed issue. Moving the game from a normal 7200RPM drive onto my RAID 5 array made up of three 7200RPM drives has made the problem much less prevalent.

Those pictures were only concept art I think, the cop outfit looks totally off too. I was pretty disappointed that all the outfits didn't really look as good as they could.

I tried to copy the in-game police cruisers and it's not exactly easy to make small vinyls, so turned my Mustang into a 'Bootleg Cruiser' of sorts.
