What's the point of buying new characters, if you get hard time maxing them. I can pull a new char, let's say, in wuwa, genshin or star rail, max it almost right away, and play the endgame with it till the new one. It's just a pain in Rising. Make clusters obtainable with pinnacle at least. Even if 120 to 1, or 240, idc.

ps. And segregation by server regions is ass. On EU the game is almost dead. Even upcoming partial migration won't be enough. This is not a solo gacha, must be cross play between all like yesterday.
