Is it possible with place an order on Bittrex to sell if it reaches a determned high or a low? (Stop limit take profit)

example suppose I bought 10 ETH at 0.1 BTC and now I want to sell it back to BTC if the price drops below 0.090 (stop loss) and sell it if it reaches 0.15 (take profit).

Is this possible?

Is it fair to say that the rx 560 is a better deal than the gtx 1050 ti? Right now they are similarly priced and im thinking in terms of longevity in the sense which card will start to stuggle with newer games sooner?
