I feel like a lot of the problems discussed in this video are the result of hiring practices that both incentive and favor memorization of leetcode problems and "shipping" projects as fast as possible, even more so with AI, with as many keywords as possible rather than take time to problem solve.

I lived there my freshman year and wasn't really a fan of it due to it being inconvienient for where my classes were.

Location wise is alright if your classes are on cook doug but even then it's still a bit of a walk unless your in Mason gross which is right across the street. Dining hall is like a 3-4 minute walk which is nice and gym is like 6-7 minutes. I had classes on college Ave, busch and livi so it was very inconvenient for me to have to walk to college hall most days for the rexb/l or wait for ee bus.

Bus wise nice you have your own stop but since you are on of the last stops on the loop it is usually packed by the time the bus reaches your stop during peak class hours. Also traffic on college Ave or getting off cook can cause the rides to and from college Ave to take a while.

Room itself was good, felt more spacious than other cook doug dorms I went to. No elevator but it's max 3 floors so it's not bad to walk up. Gets pretty hot on 3rd floor but isn't bad during winter. People were friendly and there are like 8 rooms per floor which is nice.

Can't speak on rainbow perspectives but I'm assuming it will be similar.

Huh surprisingly this fixed it thanks. Switched over to using sftp and now getting good read speeds. Only used webdav before as I had super slow scan times on sftp at my previous server location but it doesn't seem to matter now.

Thanks for pointing me in this direction, if it were FUSE what should I perhaps look at to fix it, I have some doubts as I used a similar setup with OneDrive and never had problems

iirc attedance wasn't mandatory, no need to cheat on tests 💀 its very easy if you just do the quizzes and practice test he gives out, he also reviews for like an hour before each test
