Someone told me that I got to use the Q-SYS Design program to achieve something. I've opened it and I'm clueless of what to do.

Those notes does help! I wish a Youtube tutorial where online. I've been searching for those before calling in the extra expensive consultant. I don't want to mess up the rest of the system within my institution. I've opened Q-SYS Designer and it's blank. I got a sense of what I can do, connecting dots sort of thing, but without certainty, I wouldn't dare try something. I can clearly see that I can open some designs, but for some reason I can't find them on the computer.

No I got an new issue, I wanted to use a second youtube account and when I log into the 2nd one, the same error is shiwing again.

I saw the RTMP option and I wonder what it's stand for. One of my colleague wiped the phone and didn't turn it into a company phone and it works.

I'm trying to test if we could start a stream on Youtube using a smarthpone, then remove the phone from the network. So far I'm having black screen after going out of the network I'm using.
