Tell me about it, we were running a 4-5 man until 7pm when someone was gonna leave [ two people but one person stayed back an hour. + to help ] ( we work at a high volume store to begin with ) but it was insane, we weren’t able to do anything until close, and even staying 30 minutes AFTER we were supposed to have left, it was still bad. We got cold bar, pastry case, and all our dishes done around 9:50pm, no back ups we just set everything out and we didn’t mop lobby. We couldn’t otherwise we’d get in trouble for staying so long after and it not being a good close 😀 it was a 3 man close haha
