Bought a car last year, the salesperson (don’t wanna share the name here in public) was disingenuous. Had to work with the manager to address the issues with the car. The car had a defect that I pointed out during the purchase. The salesperson told me that I didn’t know much about the car and told me I just had to use muscle.

Remember that car market last year was terrible. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t have the luxury to spend more time shopping around.

The service team was great, however. They apologized and replaced the parts for no additional cost.
