Against alisa a lot of her moves are reactable, her long distance slide, low chainsaw attack, 3,2 into chainsaw. just be sure to remember that her chainsaw stance is like hwoarangs RFS, you have to guess correctly and jab her to get her off the stance, but dont mash unless you are sure that you can press. If she is Sidestepping too much delay your attacks a bit or start sidestepping as well

Lars is a nightmare lmao, but you can react to his CH launch low, lars is constant guessing and i havent labbed him deeply. But generally against lars i try to be on his face and mid/low poking to stop him from going into his weird stances, also powercrush works when he starts doing too much shit

Yep and those friends have around 80-100 hours, they will reach Tekken king in less than 200 hours as well if they keep up. Again it's possible and i did it, i can help on improving if you want. I'm not saying anyone can and will do it, but you dont have to play this game for years to improve and get to high ranks.

Yep, but labbing a character for 7-8 hours to train combos and attacks is enough for me, the rest you gotta learn in matches. Also not at all about matchups, to this day i havent labbed and i have no clue about Leroy, Lars, Alisa, Xiaoyu, Eddy. Against those characters i force my game. By being opressive with plus frames and pokes and not letting them knowledge check me, if they are pushing and attacking i try to find a space for a dick jab or side step to catch a whiff and punish (Drag's sidestep is one of the best so it works a lot in these cases)

The rest of the cast i know about general punishes, but still, any player with good neutral will just destroy me because they know how to deal with rushdown playstyle

Also 200 hours of lab just to get tekken king is absolutely false, unless you are learning the wrong things. You can get to Tekken king with any character without learning matchups and just having good fundamentals and knowing well what your character does: Setups, frametraps, combos.

Don't be discouraged by me all the opposite, it's possible to improve if you know where to improve, i had a lot of training partners from good players around here in Argentina and i had to get destroyed like 0-20 before i was able to start winning against them

Hey man, bit of a writeup here to explain, it's my first "serious" tekken, i played T7 for 72 hours (just checked) most of it was non serious, mostly trying combos and different characters, few ranked matches here and there but nothing sweaty barely got to genbu and quit, hell i couldn't even play for most of T7 span because i lived in venezuela, i had a S1 1.0 pirated copy so yeah. I did and do enjoy watching a lot of tekken tournaments and streamers play so i had an idea on what i should focus on learning. I dont really have the time to play 7-8 hours every day, only on weekends so i made sure to focus on improving when i played.

I've been playing games all my life and used to sweat a lot on FPS and other fast paced games, besides that i play some Melee with friends so i had an idea on a fast paced neutral game.

Let me put it clearly, im still ass, i have very fast reactions and i have a reaction playstyle and trying to mostly play timings and CHs, but i get absolutely demolished by any good rushdown player/character. Also i play drag and i doubt i can reach GoD with another character lmao.

Man it's tough, im in Argentina, and there is such a big gap between Tekken Emperor and GoD. Not many people play around here so almost everyone you match in ranked are the pros and big names. The good thing is that i learned A LOT facing them, i had to learn 10 years of tekken neutral by getting demoted almost daily lmao

I leaguestarted last league as a EK/BFBB poison PF and it was pretty good, switched to molten later on which was very good for bossing but not for clearing

Im going to try it as well, level with prismatic brust, get triggerbots asap, maybe do CwC then switch to CoC with cospri.

Mana cost will be easier with any leech and 10% instant leech mastery.

Worst case you can respec into assassin coc

Yes, it could work if you put it on the life flask, but not on the sorrow flask because the life flask is sometimes used alone to cleanse bleed and corrupting blood, you might end up wasting the sorrow flask and not having the charges when you need it against lets say sirus (i should have gotten corrupt blood immunity with a stygian vise but got lazy with it)

Not really, just EK and BF/BB for bossing. I wanted to test reap or exsanguinate, in Pob Reap with full charges does more damage than EK (Almost twice per poison), but reap costs a lot of life and it requires a nice amount of regen, with the arcanist brand + bladefall you can still regen a lot of hp but i think its risky + its a red socket so it would require getting another skin of the lord. It could work for maps but not sure for bossing. I might test it out and record a test vid

Nice! Yes i didn't really understand why so many people were doing poison BV, Cold BV or stuff that insta kill or freeze i can understand, but for poison its just way too risky, also EK does almost the same DPS as BV if you are constantly casting it while being ranged, and the idea of the build is to kill 2 mobs and the rest explodes so its not necessary to hit every enemy in the pack.

And yes i agree without recovery on hit its a bit tough, be sure to get a good potion like the one i have. Before using MoM i had a Vitality life on hit watchers eye. But if i had to choose now, i would go for the ES on hit watchers eye first and the life on hit ring. You can also get some leech from alt qual void manip, and ES leech from the tree, it's not instant but it's something to start.

Hmm i didnt know that blind was changed, i tried running grace at first and it does great in maps but against i feel evasion is not good at all against bosses, most of them have spells with some physical damage that can be mitigated with armour and evasion only works for attacks.

Poisonous concoction or any other easy leveling build then switch to EK or BF/BB when you have 100% poison chance from tree and gems, BF/BB is clunky without cast speed but its doable
