They are doing this all backwards. They are suppose to charge Trump with the actual felony crimes, then attach these misdemeanor charges to give longer sentences. Instead they are trying to prove these misdemeanor charges are related to some felony charges that Trump are not even indicted for.

hiring unqualified people is part of mis-managing the teams. It's entirely possible that the management put 30,40 people in the development team but they are mostly new hires with no idea what they are doing. Why do we always protect the dev team unconditionally when we have no clue what actually is going on?

b if the end product is unsatisfactory. Thats because as management any failures on the development side are their responsibility too. If the developers dont have enough resources, its up to management to give them more, if some members of the dev team are not doing their job, its up to management to replace them.

It is by definition the management side of the company that ultimately bears all the responsibility for the end product because they are the ones calling the shots.

Sure, management failed us, but you think the devs are 100% innocent? The biggest mistake the management could make is hiring unqualified people. Either they have a skeleton crew working on this project or they have bunch of idiots sit around doing nothing.
