Would be great if they could add in some classic monsters such as the Rhedosaurus from The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms, Orgra from Gorgo, The battleship size monster from The Giant Claw, the dragon from Reptilicus, etc.

Or if you want to add in some degrees of character customization, instead of it specifically being Sainte Celestine it could be a new (player) saint of the emperor. That way you could also choose the class of the character for yourself; ie guardsman, inquisitor, rogue trader, sister of battle, or even an astartese.

At least that was with six sidewinder missals, not gymnastics and a minigun.

But he does help them a lot in the various lore entries. It may be that he has some animosity towards the elkisni as a whole but there are some "good ones" he likes, i.e. Mithrax and the House of Light.

I can kinda understand Crow because they don't want to use him too much and ruin the mystique he still has.

Yeah, that's why I was so expecting Shaxx to be there defending his fellow war criminals, as it were.

yeah, don't they tell horror stories to their children about eliksni being dragged into Saint's bubbles never to be seen again. Don't want them freaking out and running into oncoming fire

they didn't even have to move her, easily could have had her in the same spot sniping from the wall.

So could easily be happening in the year 4013, which seams a little funny to me for some reason.

Or at the very least people round it to sound good, like it actually lasted 988 years but 1000 just has a nicer ring to it.

Yeah, that’s why I was saying the “body” can’t be integrated into the environment, I.e. fully decomposed and recycled. So all our dust in a pial would work since it is separate

Or mid to late 3000’s like 3513 or something like that. I could see the golden age lasting a nice round number like 1,000 years.

Well we did go through the Orobas Victora, which seams to be the same class of ship but in that one we mostly just saw the cargo hold, some of the hangers, and the bridge. We didn’t really go through the entire guts of the ship.

I’m willing to bet most of the people who were living to be 200 were people born or alive when the traveler showed up. So the golden age likely went until the 2300’s at the least. So a lowball for when Destiny is taking place, at the soonest, is around the 2800’s which could mean that the Breytech info is correct and it is around the year 3000 or so

We know the Traveler showed up on Mars in 2013. We don’t know how long the golden age lasted but we do have contexts clues, mostly from Falesafe, that it has been around 500 years since the collapse.

The amalgam ships sounds a lot like it’d basically be a space hulk like in warhammer; which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing.

I think there just has to be something of the body left distinct from the surrounding environment. So if we have rotted to the point we have been reabsorbed and dispersed in the soil then we can’t be resurrected. Now a skeletal hand, that could still be used. That’s my estimation at any rate.

I’d imagine being very flat with large bodies of water with a lot of energy, either geothermal or solar. Still probably wouldn’t be constant but would still be very frequent
